A ‘zephyr’ is described as the soft gentle breeze sought after by sailors located in the ‘doldrums’ - the prevailing weather conditions that becalms their vessel and prevents movement.

Like sailors, many individuals find themselves becalmed in their own personal and professional life resulting in  periods of stagnation and inactivity. This stagnation and inactivity prevents them from achieving their potential in both their personal and professional life. Actively seeking and identifying their own  ‘zephyr’ is often difficult for individuals because they do not know where to look and at best are unaware what their personal zephyr actually looks like.

This one day workshop assists individuals in identifying their personal Zephyr and to enact a plan to navigate their personal and professional development so they can contribute substantially  to the organisation.
‘Knowing where you are today and where you need to be tomorrow is the secret’

Workshop Content

• Current location - how have I arrived here?

What others thought of the workshop

‘What a great workshop – what a strange name'.

'It is only as the day progresses that you really understand that the day is about finding what motivates you and ways that you can move forward with more enthusiasm and passion.  I watched a work mate suddenly understand why her current role did not hold the magic any more and to identify what needed to change.  For me, it was the realisation that work did not have to hold all the answers and that the passion can also come from a balanced life and by the end I think I found my Zephyr.  Great program, good content and a chance to meet others on their own journey.‘
