What is privacy?


According to Privacy NSW http://www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/Lawlink/privacynsw/ll_pnsw.nsf/pages/PNSW_index , privacy should not be confused with confidentiality or secrecy, as privacy tends to be a broader concept of fair dealing with a person’s information, including collection, use, storage, security and disclosure.
