
Finance for Non-Finance Managers
Do you have a basic understanding of financial statements, but would like to know more without completing a full accounting qualification? If so, this short course is ideal.
You will come out of this two-day workshop with a clearer understanding of financial statements and how to interpret them. This course covers:

Finance for Non-Finance Managers is a two-day face-to-face workshop. If you’re an employer looking to increase the skills of your staff, we can deliver this workshop at your place of business. We can also customise a complete training package to meet your company's requirements.
The course is delivered to individuals at the University of Wollongong campuses in Wollongong, Sutherland and Sydney.
Highly qualified trainer
Julian is managing partner of International Management Institute and a director of Retail Fast Finance P/L, a consumer finance company. He also has experience as Group General Manager of a $150 million annual turnover company with responsibility for development, profitability and financial management.
Julian is the author of many training programs including Finance at the University of Western Sydney and the Business Management Certificate program offered by the Australian Institute of Management.
