Entrepreneurship and Innovation
The Executive Series was developed by ITCC in conjunction with Sydney Business School to offer subjects of postgraduate programs, such as Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas and Masters Degrees as fast tracked skills-based training.
Entrepreneurship and innovation is key to the future economic development. You will learn how to differentiate between a good idea and a real business opportunity.
A key part of this course is the development and presentation of a business plan for an innovative opportunity.
Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
• Explain the concepts and management of innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Analyse how knowledge contributes to innovation.
• Identify how to commercialise innovation through entrepreneurship.
• Identify and source an innovative business opportunity, prepare and present a business plan.
