Information for employers / managers in regards to government funding
As part of a NSW Government initiative some ITCC qualifications give employers access to funding.
Federal Government funding is available through our partner Austraining Business Institute.
The Australian Government is committed to supporting Australian businesses develop a strong and thriving economy. As a demonstration of this commitment, the Australian Federal Government and a number of Australian State Governments provide funding for training.
If you qualify for federal funding, you are given $4,000 (including administration fee) to use towards training your staff.
ITCC charge $4000 (including administration fee) per course and only invoice you AFTER your have received funds from the government, at no point will you be out of pocket.

VET Fee Help
Eligible students have the option of accessing VET Fee Help assistance.
VET Fee Help is a loan for all or part of your tuition fees, which the Australian Government pays directly to ITCC.
All Australian citizens are eligible for VET Fee Help.

Course delivery - Study at home while you work full time.
We send you the course materials one unit at a time so you can study at your own pace.
A support trainer will be assigned to you throughout your studies whom you can contact with your questions about the course material.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in workshops, either through ITCC's professional development programs or scheduled workshops specific to your course.
For assessment purposes attendance at least four Diploma of Business specific workshops is compulsory. Workshops will be held in most major NSW centres.
BONUS for ITCC students
All full fee paying (including VET Fee Help) students* studying a qualification with ITCC receive complimentary access to over $15,000 worth of our 1 and 2 day professional development courses for 12 months. Our short courses include time management, public speaking skills and business planning.

Timeframe
You can expect to complete the course within 12 months.

This qualification consists of 8 units of competency.
Students must complete all 5 units in Group A, and 3 elective units from Group B.

Pre-requisites
There are no academic pre-requisites to this qualification however; the qualification does require effective language, communications, interpersonal skills and the ability to write a range of documentation. Candidates also require complex cognitive skills in planning, analysis and synthesis which form parts of the skills requirements of many units.
It is highly recommended that participants are currently in a management role with 3 or 4 years experience at management level including people management, strategic planning and decision making responsibilities.
Note: It is desirable that participants are employed on commencement of the course to enable full benefit from the delivery method and in order to complete the required assessments. Should any participants not be employed or discontinue their employment during the course, ITCC will provide work placement if required.
Course fee (not applicable if you are eligible for Government funding)
The Diploma of Management is $5920 which includes all course materials and text books.
We will rebate $150 on any subjects that are a credit transfer or gained through recognition for prior learning (RPL).

University pathways
Students who complete the Diploma of Management with ITCC and have five years of relevant work experience, have the option of direct entry into the Sydney Business School Post Graduate Programs.
