Course delivery
Business Coaching and Mentoring Skills is a one-day face-to-face workshop. If you’re an employer looking to increase the skills of your staff, we can deliver this workshop at your place of business. We can also customise a complete training package to meet your company's requirements.
The course is delivered to individuals at the University of Wollongong campuses in Wollongong, Sutherland and Sydney.
Highly qualified trainer
Pamela is a senior executive who has been developing managers and other executives since 1993 in various roles at the Australian Graduate School of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and now at ITCC.
As part of her current business portfolio, Pamela delivers a business mentoring and coaching program and is the external consultant and advisor for the JCII MentorMe program.

Course for those being mentored (mentees)
In conjunction with the Business Coaching and Mentoring Skills course, ITCC offers a course for mentees called ‘Working With Your Mentor' to help mentees understand what is required of them and what to expect in a mentoring program.
ITCC have the training and resources to help you run a successful mentoring program for your organisation.
